T\u00edm, \u017ee se o dan\u00fdch v\u011bcech vyjad\u0159ujete, jakoby ji\u017e ve va\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b byly, tak je ve va\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b postupn\u011b zhmot\u0148ujete (uv\u00e1d\u00edte do reality).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Va\u0161e my\u0161lenky tvo\u0159\u00ed va\u0161i realitu a kdy\u017e je vyslovujete, za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1te si je skute\u010dn\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159et a realizovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Proto je nesm\u00edrn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, na co sv\u00e9 my\u0161lenky soust\u0159e\u010fujete. Budete-li myslet negativn\u011b, nap\u0159.:<br>  \u2022  Nic se mi neda\u0159\u00ed.<br>  \u2022  Vypad\u00e1m hrozn\u011b.<br>  \u2022  Nikdy nem\u00e1m \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed.<br>  \u2022  To nem\u016f\u017ee vyj\u00edt.<br>  \u2022  Nem\u00e1m dost pen\u011bz, to si nikdy nebudu moci dovolit apod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Budete si takovou realitu i vytv\u00e1\u0159et.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Soust\u0159e\u010fte se tedy ve sv\u00e9 mysli jen na to, co ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b chcete m\u00edt. Na to, co si p\u0159ejete a nepochybujte, \u017ee se v\u00e1m toho dostane a ikdy\u017e pochybujete (obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b ze za\u010d\u00e1tku to bude dost \u010dast\u00e9) v\u017edy nahra\u010fte negativn\u00ed my\u0161lenku tou pozitivn\u00ed &#8211; to, \u010deho se boj\u00edte t\u00edm, co chcete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K dobr\u00fdm v\u00fdsledk\u016fm je tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba, abyste svou afirmaci c\u00edtili jako uskute\u010dnitelnou. Jestli\u017ee nec\u00edt\u00edte, \u017ee to, co \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te je v\u016fbec mo\u017en\u00e9, afirmace v\u00e1m nep\u0159inese v\u00fdsledky, kter\u00e9 si jej\u00edm prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm chcete potvrdit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V opakov\u00e1n\u00ed afirmac\u00ed je hodn\u011b s\u00edly, p\u0159eprogramujete si tak svou podv\u011bdomou mysl, abyste p\u0159ijali v\u0161echny nov\u00e9 my\u0161lenky jako svou realitu. T\u00edm si m\u011bn\u00edte sv\u016fj \u017eivot, aby l\u00e9pe odr\u00e1\u017eel posuny uvnit\u0159 v\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afirmace si tak\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eete nahr\u00e1t na magnetofon a pak je poslouchat, nebo si je napsat a d\u00e1t si je n\u011bkam, kde je \u010dasto uvid\u00edte. To plat\u00ed hlavn\u011b pro ty afirmace, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed pro v\u00e1s osobn\u011b zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed v\u00fdznam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Jak pou\u017e\u00edt afirmace v praxi?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jist\u011b se shodneme, \u017ee je snadn\u00e9 myslet pozitivn\u011b, pokud se \u010dlov\u011bku da\u0159\u00ed a je zdr\u00e1v.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ale jak to dok\u00e1zat, pokud se v na\u0161em \u017eivot\u011b d\u011bj\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 v\u011bci? Kdy\u017e n\u00e1s p\u0159epadaj\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9 my\u0161lenky, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s utvrzuj\u00ed v tom, \u017ee n\u00e1\u0161 \u017eivot nebude dobr\u00fd? <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jako nap\u0159.:<br>  \u2022  C\u00edt\u00edme st\u00e1le nespokojen\u00ed i kdy\u017e m\u00e1me relativn\u011b v\u0161echno, co si jen m\u016f\u017eeme p\u0159\u00e1t (nap\u0159. jsme zdrav\u00ed, m\u00e1me kde bydlet, co j\u00edst, m\u00e1me rodinu &#8211; partnera &#8211; p\u0159\u00e1tele, m\u00e1me pr\u00e1ci apod.)?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022  Nedok\u00e1\u017eeme spont\u00e1nn\u011b radovat, kdy\u017e dos\u00e1hneme na\u0161ich c\u00edl\u016f a z\u00edsk\u00e1me to, co jsme tak dlouho cht\u011bli?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022  Jak m\u016f\u017eeme zm\u011bnit na\u0161e postoje k ur\u010dit\u00fdm v\u011bcem, lidem a situac\u00edm &#8211; jde to v\u016fbec?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022  Pro\u010d je tak t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 uv\u011b\u0159it, \u017ee pozitivn\u00ed my\u0161len\u00ed funguje a \u017ee my sami \u0159\u00edd\u00edme sv\u016fj \u017eivot?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u2022  Jak to ud\u011blat, aby n\u00e1s st\u00e1le nestrh\u00e1valy \u0161patn\u00e9 my\u0161lenky, pln\u00e9 zlosti a ned\u016fv\u011bry k \u017eivotu?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u0161ichni chceme v\u011bd\u011bt, co m\u00e1me ud\u011blat proto, abychom byli trvale \u0161\u0165astn\u00ed, napln\u011bn\u00ed a spokojen\u00ed. Ale v\u011bt\u0161inou o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1me a vy\u017eadujeme snadn\u00fd recept jak na to &#8211; m\u00e1lokdo je ochotn\u00fd sly\u0161et, \u017ee jinak ne\u017e vytrvalou prac\u00ed s\u00e1m na sob\u011b se nic v jeho \u017eivot\u011b zm\u011bnit nem\u016f\u017ee a nezm\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>K vyrovnan\u00e9mu \u017eivotn\u00edmu postoji a permanentn\u00ed spokojenosti (rozum\u011bjte dobr\u00e9mu nalad\u011bn\u00ed, vnit\u0159n\u00ed spokojenosti, vd\u011b\u010dnosti za \u017eivot a v\u0161e co p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed) bohu\u017eel neexistuje n\u011bjak\u00fd snadn\u00fd n\u00e1vod nebo postup, kter\u00fd by n\u00e1m \u0159ekl: ud\u011blejte to a to a va\u0161e probl\u00e9my se vy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed. Jedn\u00e1 se o proces zm\u011bny na\u0161\u00ed mysli &#8211; jde o celkovou zm\u011bnu pohledu na \u017eivot a vlastn\u00ed fungov\u00e1n\u00ed v n\u011bm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je to v\u011bdom\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed, \u017ee chcete skute\u010dn\u011b zm\u011bnit va\u0161e my\u0161len\u00ed, va\u0161e chov\u00e1n\u00ed, zp\u016fsob va\u0161eho \u017eivota a to, co se v n\u011bm d\u011bje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toto rozhodnut\u00ed sebou pak p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed vytrvalost, p\u0159\u00edsnost na sebe sama ve vytv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed vlastn\u00edch my\u0161lenek, pr\u00e1ci na sob\u011b a v\u00edru v to, \u017ee cesta, kterou jsem se vydal\/a je ta prav\u00e1 a \u017ee j\u00e1 po ni dok\u00e1\u017eu j\u00edt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Udr\u017eet si pozitivn\u00ed pohled na \u017eivot a na v\u0161e co se v n\u011bm d\u011bje, i kdy\u017e jsou to zrovna situace, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m velmi ubli\u017euj\u00ed je nesm\u00edrn\u011b t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9. Proto je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed neustoupit z &#8222;nov\u00e9ho&#8220; zp\u016fsobu my\u0161len\u00ed, nepodlehnout star\u00fdm vzorc\u016fm paniky, strachu, ned\u016fv\u011bry, ale v\u011bdom\u011b udr\u017eovat svoji mysl v nov\u00fdch vzorc\u00edch (tj. zam\u011b\u0159ovat svoji pozornost a mysl jen na to, co ve sv\u00e9m \u017eivot\u011b chceme m\u00edt).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u011bt\u0161inou nen\u00ed dobr\u00e9 se na tuto cestu vyd\u00e1vat s\u00e1m, nebo\u0165 b\u011bhem n\u00ed budete pot\u0159ebovat podporu, p\u0159ipomenut\u00ed toho, jak myslet &#8222;dob\u0159e&#8220; a jak se dostat znovu do rovnov\u00e1hy, kdy\u017e se v\u00e1m p\u0159ihod\u00ed n\u011bco, co je\u0161t\u011b nebudete um\u011bt nov\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edstupem zvl\u00e1dnout. Doporu\u010duji m\u00edt sv\u00e9ho pr\u016fvodce, u\u010ditele, kou\u010de, kter\u00fd v\u00e1m bude s prom\u011bnou va\u0161eho my\u0161len\u00ed postupn\u011b pom\u00e1hat (vyhnete se tak zklam\u00e1n\u00ed z vlastn\u00edch ne\u00fasp\u011bch\u016f a budete pod dozorem n\u011bkoho, kdo si t\u00edm v\u0161\u00edm p\u0159ed v\u00e1mi tak\u00e9 pro\u0161el a v\u00ed, co pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te &#8211; to je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dle m\u00e9ho n\u00e1zoru je jednou z nejpovolan\u011bj\u0161\u00edch osob, kter\u00e1 tento p\u0159\u00edstup p\u0159inesla mezi lidi a za\u010dala uv\u00e1d\u011bt do b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho \u017eivota, autorka Louise Hay.
