To se ov\u0161em jen t\u011b\u017eko d\u011bl\u00e1 v bolestech, traumatech, t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdch stav \u010di hrani\u010dn\u00edch situac\u00edch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cestou z toho je vyu\u017eit\u00ed obdob\u00ed &#8222;ticha&#8220; mezi vlnami bolest\u00ed, ne\u0161\u0165astn\u00fdch ud\u00e1lost\u00ed apod. je se p\u0159esn\u011b v t\u00e9to dob\u011b nejen nadechnout, ale i pracovat na zm\u011bn\u00e1ch, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s mohou z pr\u00e1v\u011b pro\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho posunout. Opravdu se rozhodnout a nenechat pl\u00e1novanou zm\u011bnu jen v my\u0161lenk\u00e1ch, ale jednat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Krok po kroku, den po dni, hodinu po hodin\u011b.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kdy\u017e se propad\u00e1te (jste v t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9m psychick\u00e9m nebo fyzick\u00e9m stavu), je nutn\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee t\u011blo s v\u00e1mi v 90% spolupracovat nebude, nebo\u0165 m\u00e1 samo co d\u011blat, aby si to ust\u00e1lo a zvl\u00e1dlo. Tedy odtud s\u00edlu nez\u00edsk\u00e1te. Naopak s\u00edlu je t\u0159eba t\u011blu dodat (a\u0165 ji\u017e kvalitn\u00ed stravou, s ohledem na aktu\u00e1ln\u00ed mo\u017enosti a pot\u0159eby t\u011bla, tak s\u00edlou mysli).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Probl\u00e9m ov\u0161em je, \u017ee mysl s v\u00e1mi tak\u00e9 nebude cht\u00edt v ur\u010dit\u00e9m bod\u011b p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 spolupracovat, nebo\u0165 bude vy\u010derpan\u00e1 a bolest t\u011bla ji nedovol\u00ed pracovat. Jak\u00e9koli snahy okol\u00ed o to v\u00e1s povzbudit se budou m\u00edjet \u00fa\u010dinkem, nebo\u0165 vy to tak v tu chv\u00edli nec\u00edt\u00edte a nedok\u00e1\u017eete se napojit na jejich &#8222;pozitivn\u00ed vlnu&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u010c\u00edst se ned\u00e1, proto\u017ee nejste schopni se p\u0159es bolest \u010di akutn\u00ed psychick\u00fd stav soust\u0159edit, nato\u017e n\u011bco z \u010dten\u00e9ho aplikovat. Nebo sice dok\u00e1\u017eete \u010d\u00edst, ale cloum\u00e1 s v\u00e1mi vztek nebo apatie, tak\u017ee je to stejn\u011b bezv\u00fdchodn\u00e9 jako p\u0159edchoz\u00ed bod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>To je patov\u00e1 situace. Co te\u010f?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Doporu\u010duji:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>&#8211; I p\u0159esto, \u017ee tomu nebudete v t\u00e9 chv\u00edli schopni v\u011b\u0159it, pro\u010d\u00edtejte si dobr\u00e9 afirmace nebo po\u017e\u00e1dejte n\u011bkoho bl\u00edzk\u00e9ho, aby v\u00e1m je \u010detl.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Pokud nem\u016f\u017eete \u010d\u00edst, poslouchejte afirma\u010dn\u00ed nahr\u00e1vky.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Postupn\u011b se stane, \u017ee va\u0161e mysl a t\u011blo p\u0159ejmou dan\u00e9 my\u0161lenky jako realitu a za\u010dnou takovou realitu postupn\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159et.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> <strong>Sledujte medita\u010dn\u00ed videa \u010di poslouchejte medita\u010dn\u00ed nahr\u00e1vky.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jen zde pozor- n\u011bkomu mohou v dan\u00e9m stavu velmi pomoci, jin\u00e9mu naopak mohu zp\u016fsobit probl\u00e9m s tendenc\u00ed unikat z t\u011bla (je t\u0159eba to zjistit &#8211; ji\u017e z prvn\u00edch p\u00e1r sekund nahr\u00e1vky budete v\u011bd\u011bt, co je pro v\u00e1s dobr\u00e9).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> <strong>Sna\u017ete se co nejv\u00edce pohybovat.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stoj\u00edc\u00ed energie blokuje energetick\u00e9 dr\u00e1hy a \u010dakry v t\u011ble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I kdybyste m\u011bli jen pohybovat prsty na rukou \u010di nohou, kroutit hlavou, prov\u00e1d\u011bt hlubok\u00e9 n\u00e1dechy do b\u0159icha, j\u00edt na toaletu, vyj\u00edt schody apod. Moud\u0159e si vyb\u00edrejte sv\u00e9 potraviny &#8211; vyhn\u011bte se polotovar\u016fm, tu\u010dn\u00fdm, chemicky slan\u00fdm, sladk\u00fdm v\u011bcem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>&#8211;<\/strong> <strong>D\u00fdchejte.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne rychle a povrchov\u011b, to plat\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm u rozd\u00fdch\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed bolesti nebo \u00fazkostn\u00fdch stav\u016f, ale d\u00fdchejte klidn\u011b co nejv\u00edce hluboce. D\u00fdchejte s v\u011bdom\u00edm toho, \u017ee chcete ka\u017ed\u00fdm n\u00e1dechem va\u0161emu t\u011blu dodat co nejv\u00edce energie a s\u00edly a vydechujte stejn\u011b tak pomalu a dlouze, s my\u0161lenkou, jak vydechujete v\u0161echen p\u0159etlak, \u00fazkost, bolest, nemoc, zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Z po\u010d\u00e1tku je t\u0159eba po\u010d\u00edtat s t\u00edm, \u017ee prvn\u00ed dlouh\u00e9 n\u00e1dechy a v\u00fddechy mohou dokonce fyzicky bolet. Nen\u00ed to nic hrozn\u00e9ho, jen je to nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9. D\u016fvodem tohoto, \u017ee tomu tak je je to, \u017ee va\u0161e svaly a pl\u00edce nebyly zvykl\u00e9 takto pracovat a mus\u00ed se nov\u00e9mu zp\u016fsobu p\u0159izp\u016fsobit. Po ur\u010dit\u00e9 dob\u011b to bude p\u0159irozen\u00e9 a v po\u0159\u00e1dku.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>&#8211; Hodn\u011b v\u011btrejte \u010di se sna\u017ete dostat na \u010derstv\u00fd vzduch.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Okysli\u010den\u00ed mozku i bun\u011bk t\u011bla v\u00e1m pom\u016f\u017ee myslet l\u00e9pe a l\u00e9pe se uzdravovat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>&#8211; Pro d\u00fdch\u00e1vejte pravideln\u011b posti\u017eenou oblast nebo org\u00e1n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pom\u016f\u017eete tak tomu m\u00edstu k rychlej\u0161\u00ed regeneraci a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dod\u00e1n\u00ed kysl\u00edku do posti\u017een\u00fdch oblast\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>&#8211; Jakmile toho budete schopni, stanovujte si mal\u00e9, d\u00edl\u010d\u00ed c\u00edle, kter\u00fdch je postupn\u011b mo\u017en\u00e9 dos\u00e1hnout.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nap\u0159.
