Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed je zde kombinace p\u00e9\u010de, psychologa\/psychiatra (podle z\u00e1va\u017enosti stavu jedince), l\u00e9ka\u0159e, terapeuta a l\u00e9\u010ditele.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u017edy se jedn\u00e1 o p\u00e9\u010di dlouhodob\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, nebo\u0165 je to velmi citliv\u00e1 oblast, kde se pohybujeme na hran\u011b. D\u00e9lka l\u00e9\u010dby z\u00e1vis\u00ed na m\u00ed\u0159e a hloubce pro\u017eit\u00e9ho traumatu a tak\u00e9 na d\u00e9lce doby, kter\u00e9 od jeho vzniku po po\u010d\u00e1tek jeho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, uplynula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd jedinec je jin\u00fd a m\u016f\u017ee u n\u011bj vzniknout trauma na z\u00e1klad\u011b jin\u00e9 ud\u00e1losti &#8211; z toho d\u016fvodu je t\u0159eba v\u017edy respektovat stav jedince a jeho pocity nezleh\u010dovat, ale p\u0159ijmout je jako fakt, se kter\u00fdm se potom d\u00e1le pracuje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Vznik traumatu m\u016f\u017ee nastat: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-blue-color has-text-color\">\n<li><strong>z m\u00e9n\u011b dramatick\u00fdch situac\u00ed, jak\u00fdmi nap\u0159\u00edklad jsou:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; velk\u00fd \u00falek z ne\u010dekan\u00e9 situace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; nemoc bl\u00edzk\u00e9 osoby<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; hororov\u00fd film<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; informace, kterou jsme se dozv\u011bd\u011bli (p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed katastrofy aj.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; operace \u010di pobyt v nemocnici<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; zp\u016fsob v\u00fdchovy, kterou jsme pro\u0161li<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; pokous\u00e1n\u00ed zv\u00ed\u0159etem<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; lehk\u00fd \u00faraz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; bran\u00ed krve \u010di jin\u00fd l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fd z\u00e1krok<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>aj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-blue-color has-text-color\">\n<li><strong>nebo naopak ze situac\u00ed dramatick\u00fdch, jako jsou:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u00famrt\u00ed bl\u00edzk\u00e9 osoby nebo t\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 \u010di dlouhodob\u00e1 nemoc bl\u00edzk\u00e9 osoby<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; zn\u00e1siln\u011bn\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; autohav\u00e1rie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd \u00faraz<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; t\u00fdr\u00e1n\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; v\u00e1lka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; po\u017e\u00e1r domu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u0161ikana<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; t\u011b\u017ek\u00fd porod<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>apod.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Ne\u0159e\u0161en\u00e9<\/strong> <strong>n\u00e1sledky z pro\u017eit\u00e9ho traumatu pot\u00e9 zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed probl\u00e9my jak v psychick\u00e9, tak ve fyzick\u00e9 oblasti<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-blue-color has-text-color\"><strong>Projevy, kter\u00fdch si m\u016f\u017eeme v\u0161\u00edmat jsou:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; zm\u011bny v chov\u00e1n\u00ed (nap\u0159. z otev\u0159en\u00e9 osobnosti se stala osobnost uzav\u0159en\u00e1 do sebe)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; nespavost<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; lekavost, plachost<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; \u00fazkosti, strachy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; tiky, z\u00e1\u0161kuby<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; podr\u00e1\u017ed\u011bnost, pla\u010dtivost, vztahova\u010dnost<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; ztr\u00e1ta z\u00e1jmu o v\u011bci, kter\u00e9 doty\u010dn\u00fd d\u011blal r\u00e1d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; probl\u00e9my s navazov\u00e1n\u00edm vztah\u016f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; neust\u00e1l\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed neduhy, kter\u00e9 se objevuj\u00ed bez zjevn\u00e9 p\u0159\u00ed\u010diny<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; neadekv\u00e1tn\u00ed reakce na b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 situace<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; celkov\u00e1 zch\u00e1tralost<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; ztr\u00e1ta vlas\u016f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; v\u00fdrazn\u00fd \u00fabytek v\u00e1hy bez d\u016fvodu (doty\u010dn\u00fd necvi\u010d\u00ed, nedr\u017e\u00ed dietu)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; no\u010dn\u00ed d\u011bsy <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; no\u010dn\u00ed pomo\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; sebepo\u0161kozov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; pom\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed na sebevra\u017edu \u010di pokus o ni<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; probl\u00e9my v intimn\u00edm \u017eivot\u011b<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vyskytovat se m\u016f\u017ee jen jeden z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch projev\u016f nebo m\u016f\u017ee j\u00edt o jejich kombinaci &#8211;
